What is your Returns Policy?
Returns Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (where applicable).
SALE items are non-returnable
We are unable to accept the returns on pillows, duvets and bedding due to hygiene reasons
Please note underwear is also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
Delivery charges are non-refundable
To start a return, or see the process of your return, please visit our Return Centre via: account.greatfashion
We shall send you a link to obtain your label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The original postage costs are non-refundable.
Please note it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Returning an item is simple! Follow these steps to start your return:
1️⃣ Go to account.greatfashion and log in to your account – This is where you can manage your orders and returns. If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the email address linked to your order.
2️⃣ Find your order – Navigate to your Order History and select the order that contains the item you wish to return.
3️⃣ Submit a return request – Click on the "Request Return" button and follow the instructions to select the item(s) you're returning and the reason for the return.
4️⃣ Follow the return instructions – Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions, including the return address and any shipping details.
5️⃣ Send the item back – Package your item securely and send it using the provided return details. Be sure to keep your tracking number for reference.
6️⃣ Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
How to exchange an item:
1️⃣ Go to account.greatfashion and log in.
2️⃣ Select your order and find the item you’d like to exchange.
3️⃣ Request an exchange – Choose the new size or colour and submit your request.
4️⃣ Follow the return instructions – Once approved, you’ll receive details on how to return your item.
5️⃣ Send your item back – Package it securely and return it using the provided details.
6️⃣ Receive your new item – Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new item to you.
📌 Important Notes:
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or colour.
If the new size or colour is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll begin processing your refund. Here’s the typical timeline:
1️⃣ Return Processing Time – Once we receive your return, it can take 3-5 business days for us to process it.
2️⃣ Refund Issuance – After processing, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your payment provider. This can typically take 5-10 business days.
3️⃣ Confirmation – You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria (unworn, tags attached, within the return window).

For orders under £50, Standard Delivery is just £5.99.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what you can expect:
Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM Monday - Thursday will be dispatched the same day.
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 2 to 4 business days
Bank Holidays: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

3️⃣ We’ll Investigate – We’ll work with the delivery provider to track down your package or resolve the issue. If the item is deemed lost or damaged, we’ll either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
