Shipping policy

At Great Fashion, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the information below for details on our shipping services and delivery times.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
  • All orders are carefully checked and packed before leaving our warehouse.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

FREE Standard Delivery

  • FREE on all UK orders over £40
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery

  • £5.95
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Express Delivery aims to arrive within 1–2 business days but may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond the courier's control.
  • Deliveries are made on working days only. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.

Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your parcel arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur due to severe weather, courier disruptions, or periods of exceptionally high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Great Fashion cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
