Returns

We have a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of pillows, duvets, bedding, or underwear unless they are faulty.

If you return your entire order within 14 days, we will refund the cost of the items plus the original standard delivery charge paid when placing the order.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. However, if an item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will cover the cost of return postage once the issue has been confirmed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to make the funds available in your account.
