Returns Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

  • We are unable to accept the returns on pillows, duvets and bedding due to hygiene reasons
  • Please note underwear is also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • If you return your entire order within 14 days, we will refund the cost of the items plus the original standard delivery charge.
  • All returns are completely free of charge within our 14-day return window. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We shall send you a link to obtain your label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Our 14-day return policy applies to all items, including those purchased during a sale.

Please note it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
